It is ideally situated for walking and is within striking-distance of the Wold Way, this can be made more enjoyable in our opinion with your Four-legged friend. We encourage well-behaved dogs having two of our own
and know that a holiday is not really a holiday unless our dogs are with us as we miss them!
Cycling, is a vey poplular pursuit with some challenging terrain and steep-hill climbs both Road-Riding and Mountain-Biking are well catered for.
The Tour de Yorkshire passes through the next village. Various Country Sports are offered in the area and boast some of the best locations for these pursuits in the UK.
